Your Zoom account is tied to your Microsoft email. You will be prompted to enter your password and email address when you select SSO.
If you do not see your account listed, Select Use another account..
You can choose Yes or No. Yes will leave your account signed in so you don't have to keep adding your email but if you are only using the computer to send a message on Zoom I would select no.
Once you finish signing in, you will get a prompt to open zoom meetings. Select Open
